All products sold on our website are non-physical goods, including but not limited to:

2D Space Layout Plans
3D Models and Renderings
Online Design Consultation

All services are delivered in digital format and do not involve any physical delivery.

2 Free Revisions

Each order includes up to 2 free revision opportunities, based on the original requirements.

Fast Refund Process

Refund requests meeting the conditions will be reviewed within 1-3 business days.

Secure Refund Guarantee

All refunds are returned via the original payment method, safe and reliable.

3-10 Business Days

Refund arrival time is typically 3-10 business days, depending on the payment institution.

2Order Cancellation Policy

Eligible for Cancellation & Full Refund

Before service has started, users may request order cancellation and receive a full refund

Not Eligible for Full Refund

Once service has started (including requirement communication, concept development, modeling, design output, etc.), the order will not be eligible for a full refund

3Refund Conditions

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate payment or mistaken payment
  • Service cannot be delivered due to technical issues
  • Service confirmed unavailable by the platform

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Design work completed and delivered (email sent, download link provided, viewable/downloadable in account)
  • Service has already started (including requirement communication, concept development, modeling, design output, etc.)
  • Refund requested due to subjective reasons (e.g., style preference, unsatisfactory results)
  • Project cannot proceed due to user's failure to provide required materials or timely feedback
  • Customized or personalized design services
  • Issues or delays not caused by our platform

4Revision Policy (Important)

Up to 2 Free Revision Opportunities

To ensure user experience, each order includes up to 2 free revision opportunities by default.

Revision Scope: Based on original requirements, does not include starting over or major design changes

Beyond 2 Revisions: Additional adjustments will incur fees based on actual circumstances

Please Note: Revision service is the main mechanism for ensuring user satisfaction. Refunds will not be provided due to subjective aesthetic differences.

5Delivery & Completion Definition

The service is considered completed when any of the following occurs:

Design work sent via email
Download link provided
Work viewable or downloadable in user account

Once delivery is complete, the order will be considered fully performed and is not eligible for refund.

6Refund Process
